1. Open the login page.

• User not found
  The email you entered is not registered in the system.
• Invalid password
  The password entered does not match your account.
• Account inactive
  Your account may have been disabled by the administrator.
• Session expired
  For security reasons, you may need to log in again after inactivity.

If you forgot your password:

• Click Forgot Password on the login page.
• Enter your registered email address.
• A reset link will be generated for your account.
• Open the link and set a new password.

• Admin: Full access to the system and user management.
• Manager: Access to management features based on permissions.
• Staff: Limited access based on assigned responsibilities.

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Always log out after using the system.
• Use a strong password with letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not log in from unknown or untrusted devices.
